We offer a range of exercise classes, including circuit training and Pilates classes. On this page you will find details about each class, times and book your space.
If this is the first time coming along to a class, your first 1 is free so you can come along and try out any one of our classes!
Pilates is an accessible way to build strength in your core for better posture, balance and flexibility. This matwork Pilates class consists of low-impact stretching, mobility and muscular strength movements.
Pilates is an amazing form of exercise that everyone that can benefit from. The movements are incredibly safe and effective, making them suitable for people from all fitness backgrounds and for people who have had or are recovering from back pain.
Using the window below you can book into any of our classes. Head over to the events section to view our calendar of available classes. When you have chosen your class, simply click on it, log into your account and book your space!
If it is your first time booking a class, the option to buy package will pop up. Click there and you will see the options of packages available from full member which gives you access to unlimited classes to block booking for a specific number of classes. As its your first time logging in, select the taster option which gives you a free credit to book into any class, for free!
Once of you have purchased your first package you will have also created an account to log in, book classes and view your available credits.
If you have any problems at all, please give me a call and I can take payment over the phone and book you into your chosen classes on your behalf.
